Three-time defending High School Football America “mythical” national champ Allen looks like it should win its final four games, which give the Eagles 54 straight wins.  The only team on the Eagles schedule with a winning record is Plano East at 4-1.

Friday, Allen won its 49th straight, which tied the Eagles with Abilene and Southlake Carroll for second on the all-time Texas consecutive wins list.  Celina is the record-holder with 68.

The Eagles 52-7 win over Lewisville allowed Allen to keep a firm grasp on the #1 spot in the latest High School Football America Top 25.  Allen is one of four Texas teams in our Top 15.

Euless Trinity held at #7, but Katy and Cedar Hill both slipped as teams with tougher strength of schedules in our proprietary algorithm moved in front of them.  Katy dropped from #9 to #10, while Cedar Hill fell three spots from #12 to #15.
