#3 Corona Centennial (CA) beats Orange Lutheran (CA) for Matt Logan’s 200th career win

Corona Centennial‘s Matt Logan picked-up his 200th win Friday night when his Huskies beat Orange Lutheran 35-14 in a non-league game at Orange Coast College.

The two teams, battled to a 7-7 draw at halftime with the OLu defense forcing the #3 team in the High School Football America national rankings into three turnovers.

In the second half, quarterback Anthony Catalano and running back J.J. Taylor put Centennial’s (3-0) potent ground game into full-gear and pulled away from the Lancers, who fell to 2-1 on the season.  Catalano was 12-for-18 with 268 yards passing with one touchdown.  He also ran for 142 yards and a score. Taylor ran for three touchdowns while topping the century mark in yards for the third straight game.
