For the third time in four years, Alemany will have a new head football coach.  Casey Clausen has been hired as the new head coach of the Warriors after a successful four-year run at Calabasas.

Clausen, an Alemany alum, takes over for James Washington, who resigned at the end of the season.

Clausen led Calabasas to CIF Southern Section titles in 2015 and 2016.  This season, the Coyotes were 10-2, spending the entire season in the High School Football America Southern California Top 25 and losing in the second round of the Division 2 playoffs.

Under Washington, Alemany was 6-14.
