Division I state champ Bedford finishes 2016 as the top team in the High School Football America New Hampshire Top 5 Rankings.  The Bulldogs finished ahead of Division II state champ Plymouth, followed by Exeter at #3.

Merrimack, which lost twice to Bedford this year, moves-up a spot to finish at #4, followed by Windham at #5.
