Quarterbacks Josh Rosen of St. John Bosco and Jake Browning of Folsom have been named to USA Today‘s 1st team All-USA.  Rosen and Browning were two of five Californians named to the first team.

Browning, a Washington-recruit, closed-out an incredible career last Saturday with a win in the California Division I championship game.  Folsom’s 91 touchdowns this past season tied him with Corey Robinson of Lone Oak in Kentucky. Robinson threw his 91 in 2007.  Browning holds the national career mark for touchdown passes with 229.

Making USA Today’s All-USA 1st team defense were defensive tackle Rasheem Green of Gardena Serra, defensive back Iman Marshall from Long Beach Poly and kicker/punter Kevin Robledo of Westlake High.

Making the second team on defense were linebacker John Huston, Green’s teammate at Serra, and defensive back Joseph Wicker of Long Beach Poly.
