Columbus becomes 14th Florida team in High School Football America Top 100

Columbus entered the High School Football America Top 100 Sunday.  The Explorers are ranked No. 95 in the latest rankings created by our proprietary algorithm.  Columbus’ only loss is to No. 11 Northwestern.

Florida now has fourteen teams in our national rankings. That ties the Sunshine State with Texas for the most teams in the Top 100.

IMG Academy is the top team at No. 2, followed by American Heritage (Plantation) at No. 7, Northwestern at No. 11, Miami Central at No. 12, St. Thomas Aquinas at No. 21, Cocoa at No. 28, Armwood at No. 44, Deerfield Beach at No. 70, Carol City at No. 71, Viera at No. 85, Venice at No. 87, Plant at No. 91 and Cardinal Gibbons at No. 94.
