Corona Centennial (California) enters Media Poll Top 10

Miami Central‘s (Florida) loss was Corona Centennial‘s (California) gain in the latest media compilation Top 25.  MC’s loss to Carol City on Friday dropped the Rockets out of the poll that includes the USA TODAY Super 25, MaxPreps’ Xcellent 25and PrepNation’s National Prep Poll.  Corona Centennial moved-up a spot to #10 this week.

The biggest mover this week is McGill-Toolen (Alabama), which climbs three spots from #14 to a tie for #11 with DeSoto (Texas).

With Miami Central dropping-out, John Curtis from (Louisiana) moves-in.

The media poll awards points to a team on the basis of its ranking in each poll.  For example, the #1 team receives 25 points, the #2 team receives 24 points and so forth.
