Two-time defending Class 4A champ East enters 2017 ranked No. 25 in the High School Football America Preseason Top 100 that is created with our proprietary algorithm. The Leopards, who this year will be playing in the newly formed 6A classification alongside defending 5A champ Bingham, finished No. 44 in our national rankings in 2016 and No. 1 in the state. We’ll find-out August 25 if the algorithm is right. That’s when East and Bingham, ranked No. 65 in the Top 100, will square-off

In addition to its showdown with Bingham, the Leopards will play No. 38 Saguaro (Arizona) September 1 and No. 5 IMG Academy (Florida) on October 20.
Bingham will play one other ranked team, Kahuku (Hawaii) on September 9 in Las Vegas.
