Eastside Catholic enters National Top 25 at #23

After spending the entire season in High School Football America’s The Other 25 — teams #26 through #50 in the national rankings — the Eastside Catholic Crusaders have made the national Top 25.  EC, which won its second straight Washington 3A title this past weekend by beating Bellevue in overtime, enters the latest national rankings at #23.

Midway through Friday night’s championship game, EC trailed Bellevue by four touchdowns before mounting an incredible comeback.

Eastside Catholic began the year ranked #37 in the nation by High School Football America.

This is the first time that the Crusaders have appeared in our national Top 25.
