Elite 11 names more QB’s to finals

Elite 11 quarterback competitionThe Elite 11 Quarterback Competition is churning toward the 18 finalists that will compete early next month at Nike World Headquarters in Oregon.

Two Texas QB’s — Arlington Lamar High School‘s Shane Buechele and Nick Starkel of Liberty Christian — were given their invites Tuesday after their performances this past weekend in the semifinals in Los Angeles.  The two are the 13th and 14th QB’s to punch their tickets to the event that began in 1999.

Here’s who’s qualified so far….
