Elite 11 QB competition begins Saturday

18 of the best senior quarterbacks in the nation will be competing at this weekend’s Elite 11 competition at Nike World Headquarters in Oregon. The competition begins on Saturday, July 5th.

This year’s competition will have a distinctive Southern California flare with seven of the QB’s being from the CIF-Southern Section with Michigan and Texas having two signal callers each in the field.

Here is the list of quarterbacks that will be competing under the watchful eye of former NFL QB Trent Dilfer:

Blake Barnett – Corona Santiago HS (California)

Ryan Brand – U-D Jesuit (Michigan)

Sam Darnold – San Clemente (California)

Deondre Francois – IMG Academy (Florida)

Ben Hicks – Midway HS (Texas)

De’Andre Johnson – First Coast HS (Florida)

Sheriron Jones – Rancho Verde HS (California)

Brian Lewerke – Pinnacle HS (Arizona)

Drew Lock – Lee’s Summit HS (Missouri)

Alex Malzone – Brother Rice HS (Michigan)

Kyler Murray – Allen HS (Texas)

Josh Rosen – St. John Bosco HS (California)

Jarrett Stidham – Stephenville HS (Texas)

Ricky Town – St. Bonaventure (California)
