Montgomery County Council celebrated Bob Milloy’s career as a high school football coach in the state on Tuesday with a proclamation in his honor.  Milloy, who retired earlier this year as the head coach at Good Counsel (Olney, MD), is Maryland’s all-time winningest coach with 405 victories.

Milloy was born, raised and spent his entire life in Montgomery County.

In addition to his 16 years at Good Counsel, Milloy also coached at Whitman, Springbook and Sherwood high schools.
