St. John Bosco’s national ranking took at hit as a result of St. Thomas Aquinas’ (Florida) loss in Arizona AND it also affects the Braves’ California Top 25 ranking.  The Braves fall one spot to No. 3 in the latest rankings that are created by proprietary algorithm.  De La Salle jumps into the second spot behind top-ranked Mater Dei.

Calabasas after its heart-stopping 65-63 win over former No. 14 Valencia moves-up two spots to No. 13 this week, while the Vikings drop to No. 15.

San Clemente also moved-up two spots to No. 18 after beating Edison (Huntington Beach) Friday night.

No. 9 Folsom’s win over former No. 25 Granite Bay opens the door for Upland to enter the rankings at No. 24.  Granite Bay drops-out of the rankings that are created with our proprietary algorithm.

With league play opening in the Trinity League this week, there are multiple inner-Top 25 match-ups this week.  No. 1 Mater Dei will play No. 19 Santa Margarita, No. 3 St. John Bosco will play No. 16 Orange Lutheran and No. 11 JSerra will take-on No. 17 Servite.

No. 10 Rancho Cucamonga will open Baseline League play against No. 24 Upland.

In the Bay Valley, No. 22 Pittsburg will square-off with No. 25 Freedom.
