La Salle finishes No. 1 in final High School Football America Rhode Island Top 5

La Salle Academy finishes 2017 as the top team in the High School Football America Rhode Island Top 5 that is created with our proprietary algorithm.  The Rams jumped from No. 3 to No. 1 after defeating former No. 1 Bishop Hendricken for the state’s Super Bowl championship 22-21, which snapped the Hawks run of seven straight state titles.

Hendricken finishes No. 2, followed by Division II champ North Kingstown at No. 3, Division I champ Cranston East at No. 4 and Moses Brown at No. 5.
