The race for CIF Southern Section and LA City Section titles is on. The playoffs begin later this week, but for now, it’s time to look at the final regular season poll.
The top four teams in the High School Football America Southern California Top 25 were given the top four seeds, in our order, in the CIF-SS Division I playoffs.

As far as this week’s rankings that are developed with our proprietary algorithm, last week’s 25 are this week’s 25 with a few minor changes. Santa Margarita made the biggest move, jumping from #21 to #18.
The Division 1 first round features six all-Top 25 match-ups — #21 JSerra at #2 Corona Centennial, #20 Servite at #4 Mission Viejo, #19 Orange Lutheran at #6 Rancho Cucamonga, #18 Santa Margarita at #8 Serra (Gardena), #16 Chaminade at #10 Long Beach Poly and #17 Vista Murrieta at #15 Bishop Amat.
