National Select 7 on 7 Championship Underway

Pool play is underway today in Hoover, Alabama, home of the National Select 7 on 7 tournament.

This year’s 32 team field features teams from 13 different states broken into four eight-team pools.  The championship round starts Saturday morning.

Looking at the field, there are several teams — Clay-Chalkville (Alabama), Colquitt County (Georgia), Hoover (Alabama), Mallard Creek (North Carolina) and Spartanburg (South Carolina) — that could find themselves in the High School Football America Preseason National Top 25 when we release it on August 1st.
