No. 1 Mater Dei (CA) continues to show why it’s the best halfway through the regular season

Top-ranked Mater Dei (Santa Ana, California) rolls into its bye week with a perfect 5-0 record, having outscored its opponents 222-to-56.  Saturday night, J.T. Daniels and company put-on another offensive show in a 52-14 win over St. Mary’s (Stockton, California) at Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers.

Daniels, the junior USC verbal commit, tossed five touchdown passes, giving him 16 so far this season.

Mater Dei is currently No. 1 in our Top 100, California Top 25 and Southern California Top 25.

The Monarchs are off until they open Trinity League play October 6 against Santa Margarita, which is 4-1 and ranked in the California and SoCal Top 25’s.
