On this edition of the High School Football America Podcast, I chat with new Spartanburg (South Carolina) head coach Mark Hodge about having three former high school players in Super Bowl 54 between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers.

The players are from his last two head coaching jobs at Chapman and Carolina high schools. Hodge coached 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel during his time at Chapman. At Carolina High, he coached 49ers defensive tackle DJ Jones and Chiefs defensive tackle Devaroe Lawrence.
