Regional Rankings: Northeast Top 20 – Week 14

There will be five head-to-head match-ups between teams in the latest High School Football America Northeast Top 20 this weekend.  Two of the games will be in New Jersey and two will be in Ohio and all four are for state championships.  The fifth match-up will be in Pennsylvania between No. 1 St. Joseph’s Prep and Coatesville, which breaks into the rankings this week at No. 20.

In New Jersey, No. 2 Bergen Catholic takes-on No. 4 St. Peter’s Prep for the the Non-Public Group 4 title. The Non-Public Group 3 state title will feature No. 5 St. Joseph Regional (Montvale) playing No. 8 DePaul Catholic.  Both of these games are rematches from the regular season.

In the Buckeye State, No. 9 Pickerington Central will play No. 10 Mentor for the Division I state title.  The Division II championship game will feature No. 15 Archbishop Hoban taking-on No. 16 Winton Woods.

In addition to Coatesville, newly-crowned New York Class AA champ Troy is new to the rankings this week at No. 19.
