In 2005, High School Football America co-founder Trish Hoffman took me to Dyersville, Iowa for my birthday, so that I could check-out the scene of my all-time favorite movie — Field of Dreams. It was a trip of a lifetime. However, you know me, if there’s a high school football stadium nearby, I’m snapping a photo of another type of field of dreams.
I only took two that day of Beckman Catholic High School, but here they are.
Current Philadelphia Eagle offensive lineman Matt Tobin played at Beckman, as did former NFL player Mike Haight who played for the New York Jets and Washington Redskins.
