Stevens captures first football state title since 1968

Stevens beat InterLakes-Moultonborough 46-20 on Saturday to win New Hampshire’s Division III state football championship.  The win marked the first time in 48 years that Stevens has won a state football title.

Stevens was led by sophomore quarterback Henri Bourque, who threw for 198 yards and two touchdowns, plus 91 yards rushing.  Stevens finishes 9-2, while InterLakes-Moultonborough ends 8-3.
