The Turnaround – The Sushi Episode

by Jeff Fisher

For longtime readers of Jason Strunk‘s blog The Turnaround on High School Football America, you know the Lubbock High School head football coach DOESN’T like fish and seafood.

Last week, Strunky and his wife spent their spring break with Trisha Hoffman and myself.  The leader of the Westerners was true to his word to try new things in 2015 to show his players that they can overcome things in their lives.  During his stay he tried sushi (tuna) and a raw oyster for the first time ever.

The man whose mantra is FIO (Figure It Out) took the challenge like a champ.  Above is the video of him eating sushi for the first time.  In honor of all of our love for Seinfeld, we’re calling this The Sushi Episode.
