The push to break into the High School Football America National Top 25 is on with several teams in The Other 25 picking-up impressive wins this past weekend.
Last week’s #26 St. Edward (Ohio) and #27 Corona Centennial (California) graduated to the Top 25.
That means that Jenks (Oklahoma) moves to the top of the bubble at #26
The biggest mover this week is St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C., moving-up ten spots to #29 after its upset of #11 Pittsburgh Central Catholic (Pennsylvania), which tumbled to #50 in the latest rankings.
Two teams that were in the Top 25 last week, are now in The Other 25 — former #20 Lake Travis (Texas) is now #41 and former #25 Trinity Christian Academy (Florida) falls to #44. The teams that beat those two, Judson (Texas) and Cocoa (Florida), break-in at #40 and #42 respectively.
The other new team this week is Archbishop Hoban from Ohio, which was #50 in our preseason rankings. Hoban is #48 this the latest poll and will take-on St. Edward this weekend.
