Top 100 – No. 87 Charlotte Christian captures back-to-back North Carolina Independent School Athletic Association championships

Charlotte Christian is now a back-to-back state champ. Friday night, the Knights, ranked No. 87 in the latest High School Football America 100, beat Christ School 43-14 for the North Carolina Independent School Athletic Association Division I championship.

CC was led by Mississippi State-recruit Garrett Schrader, who ran for 179 yards and three touchdowns and also threw for 213 yards and two more scores.

The Knights finish the season a perfect 11-0 having outscored opponents 482-to-72.
