In an attempt to give more programs promotion on our site, we’re beginning a Twitter Pic of the Day.  All you have to do, is tweet us @HSFBamerica with the hashtag #POTD.

We start the fun today with this photo and tweet from Saturday from Centennial High School head coach Aaron Ocampo. Centennial is located in Las Cruces, New Mexico and is beginning its third year of football.

Coach Ocampo tells us that the photo is of his second senior class, which totals 16 players this year (one player not in photo). I loved the ties and helmets and that’s why it was our Pic of the Day.

Last year, Centennial, which is a Class 4A school, finished 9-3, winning the District 3 title before losing in the state quarterfinals.  In 2012, the Hawks were 5-5 in their first year of football.

You can follow Coach Ocampo @AngryBirdFB.
