St. John Bosco football after new UCLA starting quarterback Josh Rosen began Friday night against La Mirada.

The Braves, ranked #10 in the High School Football America National Top 25 and #2 in our SoCal Top 25, had a few anxious moments at the start after falling behind 8-0 to the Matadores early.  However, once Rosen’s replacement Quentin Davis hit his stride, SJB was unstoppable, scoring 76 unanswered points in a 76-8 victory.

Davis amassed 389 yards in total offense with six passing touchdowns and one rushing.

Next up for the Braves is Norwalk next Friday
