We’re officially one month into the 2024 high school football season. Sunday we released our fourth High School Football America 300 national high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football.
15 new teams were welcomed into our national ranking created with our proprietary algorithm, including five teams that are making their first-ever appearance.

Maryland’s Riverdale Baptist makes its HSFA 300 debut at No. 57 after beating former No. 32 Good Counsel (Maryland) 28-18 Friday night. The Crusaders are led by former NFL running back Orlandis Gary, who was selected in the 4th round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.
Bradford from Starke, Florida is a first timer at No. 176. The Tornados break into our national rankings after surprising former No. 91 Mandarin 18-13 Friday night.
Ohio’s Olentangy Berlin comes into our Top 300 for the first time after a thrilling 22-21 over former No. 226 Olentangy Liberty. The Bears are ranked No. 227 this week.
Sarasota, Florida’s Booker Tornadoes are at No. 294. Their first appearance in the national rankings comes after they beat former No. 282 Carrollwood Day (Florida) 70-43.
The final first timer is West Broward (Florida) at No. 296. The Bobcats took-down former No. 217 Cardinal Gibbons (Florida) 43-39.
