For the first time since 1998, Londonderry is a New Hampshire high school football state champ. The Lancers, ranked No. 1 in the New Hampshire Top 5, captured the Division I state championship with a 21-10 over No. 2 Exeter.

Londonderry captured the crown by overcoming a 10-7 deficit midway through the fourth quarter. The Lancers scored two touchdowns in the final 4:28.

Hollis-Brookline captured its first-ever state football championship with a 24-13 win over Plymouth in the Division II title game.

In the Division III title game, Trinity beat Lebanon 28-21. Not bad for a team that played only a junior varsity schedule in 2017. It’s Trinity’s first state title since 2011.

Winnisquam won its second straight Division IV title with a 20-0 win over Fall Mountain.
