No. 2 Madison-Ridgeland closed-out an outstanding 2020 season by winning Mississippi Association of Independent Schools 6A championship. It was the Patriots’ second straight state crown.

The week ahead has several big matchups with top-ranked Oxford facing No. 4 Clinton in the Class 6A state semifinals. In the other half of the 6A bracket, No. 3 Oak Grove takes-on No. 5 Northwest Rankin.

West Point re-joins the Top 10 at No. 10 heading into its 5A state semis against Ridgeland.
