August 10-13 – Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi (Midsouth Association of Independent Schools), Utah

August 17-20 – Alabama (Alabama Independent School Association), Arizona (3A, 2A, 1A) California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota (11B, 9 Man), Tennessee, Wisconsin (11-man)

August 24-27 – Alabama (Alabama High School Athletic Association), Arizona (6A, 5A, 4A), Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi (Mississippi High School Activities Association), Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota (11AAA, 11AA, 11A), Texas, Virginia, Washington (8-man), Washington DC, Wisconsin (8-man), Wyoming

August 31-September 3 – Delaware, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia
