#4 Corona Centennial (CA) wins with three kickoff returns

Nationally-ranked Corona Centennial (10-0, 5-0 Big VIII) used three kickoff returns to wrap-up another Big VIII championship Thursday night.  The Huskies, who could be the top-seed in the upcoming CIF-Southern Section Pac-5 playoffs, beat Norco (8-2, 4-1 Big VIII) 67-20 to win the school’s sixth straight league title.

Javon McKinley returned two kickoffs (90 and 96  yards) for touchdowns, while J.J. Taylor added a 98 yard KO return for a score when Norco kicked away from McKinley.

Corona Centennial has now won 35 straight league games and finishes the regular season undefeated for the first time since 2010.
