5-star QB Nico Iamaleava transfers back to Long Beach Poly (California)

Nico Iamaleava’s high school football career has gone full circle. According to The562.org, the 5-star quarterback is transferring from Warren High School back to Long Beach Poly, which is where his high school football career began as a freshman.

Iamaleava is considered the No. 7 overall college football prospect in the nation, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.

Last season, the 6-6 Iamaleava threw 33 touchdowns for Warren in a 9-1 season. He completed 162-of-272 passes (59.6%) for 2,244 yards. He only threw one interception.

Last season, Warren finished in the High School Football America 300 national rankings.
