#6 Corona Centennial tops East High from Utah

Corona Centennial‘s powerful offense was in mid-season form Friday night in its opener against East High School from Utah.

The Huskies, ranked #6 in our national Top 25 and #1 in our SoCal Top 25, rolled to a 49-13 non-league victory against the Leopards.  Centennial was led by J.J. Taylor, who rushed for 136 yards and three touchdowns.

Up next for Corona Centennial is Serra (Gardena), ranked #5 in our preseason SoCal Top 25, in The Honor Bowl in Oceanside on Saturday night.
