Top-ranked Bedford picked-up a quality win. The Bulldogs beat defending Maine Class A champ Thornton Academy.
No. 2 Londonderry also played a big out-of-state opponent, but didn’t get a win. The Lancers lost to St. John’s Prep of Massachusetts 42-14.
