The big story this week in the High School Football America Florida Top 25 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, is how will Hurricane Helene this week’s schedule. First-and-foremost, we pray for the safety of those in the path of the storm.
Many schools are already moving up this week’s games.
Tuesday night, No. 15 Lakeland crushed Lake Gibson 63-0. No. 11 Jones (Orlando) shutout Winter Park 22-0.

The biggest change in the latest rankings is The First Baptist Academy soars into the statewide rankings at No. 13. The Royals improved to 5-0 after beating Atlantic (Delray Beach) 41-28, which drops the Eagles from No. 13 to No. 14.
Also making its first appearance in the Top 25 this week is Nease at No. 22 after handing St. Augustine its first loss of the year in overtime. The 35-34 win drops St. Augustine from No. 15 to No. 23.
