We’re heading into the final week in the regular season in the High School Football America Utah Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football.
Bountiful moves up one spot to No. 7 in the latest rankings created with our proprietary algorithm. The RedHawks beat former No. 6 Roy 42-35. That pulled the two schools into a first place tie in Class 5A Region 5. Roy drops to No. 8 this week.
No. 2 Lone Peak kept itself in the hunt for a share of the 6A Region 3 title with a 24-21 win over No. 5 Lehi. No. 3 Skyridge is in first with a 4-0 record. The Knights are one game back with a 3-1 mark.
Lone Peak closes out the regular season against Westlake. Skyridge plays American Fork.
The 5A Region 7 title will be on the line next week when No. 4 Timpview travels to No. 6 Orem. Both teams are 4-0 in region play.
