La Salle College HS tops Week 10 of the Pennsylvania Top 25

We head into the postseason with La Salle College High School at the top of the High School Football America Pennsylvania Top 25, powered by N FL Play Football. After a bye week this week, the Explorers will square-off with No. 2 St. Joseph’s Prep in the second round of the 6A playoffs next Saturday.

SJP, which has won two straight state championships, lost to La Salle in quadruple overtime on October 4. The Explorers have never won a state title.

State College and Wilson (West Lawn) are big movers in the Top 25 this week.

After winning an exciting 58-55 win over former No. 12 Bishop McDevitt, State College is up nine spots to No. 16. McDevitt falls five places to No. 17.

Wilson re-enters the statewide rankings at No. 22 after winning the Lancaster-Lebanon League Section 1 championship with a 34-16 win. It gives the Bulldogs a first round bye in the 6A District 3 playoffs.
