For the second year in a row, Corner Canyon is the No. 1 team in the state of Utah. The Chargers finish No. 1 in the High School Football America Utah Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, after beating No. 2 Lone Peak 30-27 for their second straight 6A state championship.
5A champ Bountiful climbs from No. 7 to No. 5 in the final 2024 rankings created with our proprietary algorithm. Bountiful beat No. 6 Roy 42-35. It was the school’s seventh overall state championship.
On the national scene, the top seven teams are ranked in the HSFA 300 national rankings.
Leading the way is Corner Canyon at No. 17, followed by Lone Peak at No. 49, Skyridge at No. 94, Lehi at No. 129, Bountiful at No. 251, Roy at No. 252 and Timpview at No. 254.
