For the first time ever, Stuart is a Nebraska high school football state champ. The Broncos beat Sumner-Eddyville-Miller 42-38 for the state’s D6 high school football championship.

At one point, Stuart trailed the defending state champs by 14 points. The win snaps SEM’s 23-game win streak.
