The 117th renewal of the Forks of the Delaware Thanksgiving Day high school football rivalry between Easton (Pennsylvania) and Phillipsburg (New Jersey) came down to overtime at Fisher Stadium at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.

After not making a field goal all year, junior Noah Borluca booted a 20-yard field goal to give the Red Rovers a 17-14 win, snapping a two-game win streak for P’burg, who will play for a New Jersey state championship on Wednesday.

Easton now hold a 68-44-5 advantage in the series.

Next Wednesday, Phillipsburg will play Winslow Township for New Jersey’s Group 4 state championship.
