Division 2 state champ Catholic Memorial finishes 2024 as the No. 1 team in the High School Football America Massachusetts Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Knights wrapped-up a 12-1 season with a 39-21 win over No. 7 King Philip Regional in the Division 2 Super Bowl at Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots.
Two-time Division 1 champ Xaverian Brothers finishes No. 2 in the statewide rankings created with our proprietary algorithm. The Hawks overcame a 3-3 start to the season to capture their second straight state championship. They beat No. 4 Needham 14-7 in Foxboro, handing the Rockets their first loss of the season.
St. John’s Prep, who beat Xaverian 23-6 in their annual Thanksgiving Day game finishes No. 3.
