SEEKING: JV and Varsity Football Assistant Coaches
If you are passionate about sports and eager to make a difference in the lives of young athletes, we here at Richard Montgomery High School are seeking enthusiastic and committed JV and Varsity Football Assistant Coaches to join our coaching staff for the upcoming season.
Responsibilities:
Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices, games, and team activities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, fostering their personal and athletic development.
Support the development and implementation of strategies that promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Ensure a safe yet competitive environment for our athletes.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the sport and ability to teach fundamentals and advanced skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, athletes, and parents.
Prior coaching or playing experience preferred but not required.
Availability for practices, games, and team events during the season.
