Today we unveil our first-ever Northeast Regional Top 10 rankings using High School Football America’s proprietary algorithm.

At the top from Pennsylvania is Pittsburgh Central Catholic, ranked #4 in the regional rankings and #22 in our National Top 25, followed by Parkland and St. Joseph’s Prep.
