Bergen Catholic returns to Top 25; St. Joseph Regional only slips one spot

Bergen Catholic, after hard-fought losses to nationally-ranked St. Edward from Ohio and IMG Academy from Florida, moves back into the High School Football America Top  25 after a 27-21 over Paramus Catholic on Saturday.  The Crusaders, who improved to 3-2, are ranked #25 this week.

BC had spent two weeks in the Top 25, but fell back to #27 last week after losing to St. Ed’s.

St. Joseph Regional fell one spot to #16 after its loss to former #16 IMG Academy of Florida, which climbs to #12 this week.

Don Bosco is knocking-on the Top 25.  Last week, the 4-1 Ironmen were ranked #31 in The Other 25 (teams #26 through #50).  Our new The Other 25 will be released on Monday.

Bergen Catholic and St. Joe’s are the only two undefeated teams left in the Big North United Division will square-off on October 24th.
