It’s a big weekend in the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference as the top four team, all ranked in the latest High School Football America Maryland Top 10, collide Friday night.

#2 St. Frances Academy (8-1, 4-0 A Conference) can clinch a share of the A Conference title by beating #3 Archbishop Spalding (7-1, 3-0 A Conference) Friday night.  The Panthers only loss this season was to nationally-ranked Paramus Catholic from New Jersey on September 2nd.  The following week SFA beat #22 South Pointe of South Carolina.

#7 Mount St. Joseph (7-1, 3-0 A Conference) travels to McDonogh (5-3, 1-2 A Conference). MSJ has won seven straight since opening the season with a 23-21 loss to #5 Good Counsel.  McDonogh has dropped two-in-a-row.
