Defending Illinois 8A champ Maine South is up to No. 6 in the latest High School Football America Midwest Top 20 that is created with our proprietary algorithm.  The Hawks move-up two spots this week.

Mona Shores (Michigan) is the only new team in the regional rankings.  The Sailors enter at No. 20 and that ranking will be tested Friday when they face No. 19 Muskegon.

In another Top 20 battle, No. 3 Cass Tech (Michigan) will face No. 15 King (Michigan) in Detroit Public School League semifinals on Saturday.
