The Dodge family name has some deep roots in the success of the Southlake Carroll High School football program.
Todd Dodge, who is currently the head coach at Austin Westlake, built the Dragons into a national powerhouse during his reign as head coach. SC won four state titles under Dodge. The 2006 state title was won with Dodge’s son Riley playing quarterback. That team was named “mythical” national champs by USA TODAY.
Now, it’s being reportedly that Riley will be the program’s next head coach.
