One of the best parts about our move from Chicago to Los Angeles is we’ve had the pleasure of watching two of the top quarterbacks that will be taken in the first round of the NFL Draft 2018 Thursday night at AT&T Stadium.
San Clemente’s Sam Darnold and St. John Bosco’s Josh Rosen were both sophomores the year High School Football America arrived in SoCal in 2012. Rosen was starting for Braves, who were beginning their ascent into national prominence, while Darnold was a waiting his chance as a wide receiver/linebacker. Darnold finally stepped-in under center in the Tritons’ next-to-last game of the season, completing 27-of-37 passes with 241 yards and two touchdowns in a win over Tesoro.
