Chicago Cubs slugger Kyle Schwarber was an all-state high school football linebacker at Middletown High School in Ohio before heading to Indiana University to play baseball. Monday night, Schwarber lost the Major League Baseball Home Run Contest in Washington, D.C. to hometown favorite Bryce Harper by one homerun 19-18.
