There are two huge games in the High School Football America California Top 25 this week. Top-ranked Mater Dei will collide with IMG Academy (Florida). The Monarchs are not only ranked No. 1 in the state, but also No. 1 in our national rankings. IMG is ranked No. 1 in Florida and No. 5 in the nation.

In the other big matchup, No. 5 Mission Viejo meets No. 6 Orange Lutheran.

There are two new teams in the rankings that are created with our proprietary algorithm — No. 23 Monterey Trail at No. 23 and Norco at No. 24.
